Alexandra Paez is a Certified Georgia Mediator, Florida Supreme Court Approved Arbitrator, Georgia Approved Arbitrator, Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and attorney licensed in both Georgia and Florida. She founded A to Z Arbitrations & Mediations to provide attorneys and their clients with a responsive, independent neutral dedicated exclusively to dispute resolution. Alexandra believes successful mediation begins with preparation, active listening, and a collaborative approach that helps parties move beyond positions to find practical, lasting solutions.
With more than a decade of civil litigation experience, Alexandra has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of disputes, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, property damage, insurance coverage, trucking, wrongful death, construction, contract disputes, and other complex civil matters. Throughout her legal career, she has prepared cases for mediation, arbitration, hearings, and trial, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the legal, strategic, and practical considerations that shape successful dispute resolution.
Alexandra's commitment to alternative dispute resolution began while attending the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she served as President of Gators for Alternative Dispute Resolution and held several student leadership positions.
Today, she provides mediation and arbitration services throughout Georgia and Florida both virtually and in person, with a commitment to professionalism, accessibility, and helping attorneys resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
