At A to Z Arbitrations & Mediations, we believe in providing clear, transparent information so attorneys and their clients know what to expect before scheduling. Below you'll find our Georgia and Florida mediation and arbitration rates, scheduling information, cancellation policy, and other important details to help you confidently book your next civil mediation or arbitration.
Mediation Rates
2 Parties: $225 per party/hour
3 Parties: $200 per party/hour
4 Parties: $175 per party/hour
5+ Parties: $150 per party/hour
Arbitration Rates
Flat Fee: $3,000 per day
Document Review: $425 per hour
Administrative Fee
$250 administrative fee applies to all in-person mediations and is waived for Zoom mediations.
Minimum Fees
Half-day mediations are subject to a three-hour minimum.
Additional time is billed at the applicable hourly rate.

Morning Session begins at 9:30 AM unless an alternative start time is requested in your booking form.
Afternoon Session begins 1:00 PM unless an alternative start time is requested in your booking form.
Please provide at least seven (7) days' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within seven days of the scheduled mediation are subject to the applicable three-hour minimum fee.
If the mediation is rescheduled with Alexandra, one-half of the cancellation fee will be waived.
In-person mediations outside Savannah are billed for travel time at Alexandra's applicable hourly rate.
